I am on a mission to educate, inspire women to overcome health challenges (even if it seems impossible!) and step into the life of their dreams
When we seek rapid transformation, we most often think we need;
What if I told you that the things that support your transformation are actually pretty simple? And, you probably have them already.
In this post i’ll outline a few short pointers that I’ll bet you never thought about (unless you’re a regular consumer of my content, of course!)
Safety, what is that!? It’s when you feel at ease in your environment and in your body, without effort. If you’re constantly looking over your shoulder, managing your symptoms, or fighting with your loved ones, there is a very low chance that you will transform.
When we focus on our problems, we have no energy to create or transform. We can’t be in survival and thrive at the same time (not in a way that lasts, anyway).
We need healthy connection in order to thrive, this means, people who know you for who you really are, and who love you for who you really are, and support you to becoming your best self. It’s hard to transform if you’re fighting your loved ones along the way.
Knowing what’s real in a sea of misinformation is absolutely important if you’re going to win in this life. Luckily for you, I built an Academy to demystify the health and transformation space which I spent over 20 years decoding.
Do you know who you are, on a core level? What are your wants, and needs? Who are you when no-one is watching??? This is something you absolutely need to explore if you’re wanting a positive transformation that supports your life in a lasting way.
If you wish to explore this authenticity piece, I’ve created Magical Mindset, specifically to guide you on the path of self-discovery (because I am a solution-oriented kind of girl).
I hope this article as been supportive in your quest for transformation secrets!
See you in the next post.
