Absolutely! I hand-select clients based on their attitude, not their starting point. I understand life gets in the way, and it's my job (and my expertise!) which can support you in overcoming these obstacles. So please, if you're ready to work with me, send an enquiry.
Bodybuilding took up approximately 50% of my clientele many years ago, but over the years I have reduced this number down to focus on health, lifestyle and mindset coaching. I still prep women for competitions IF this goal is something that will serve my client in the long term, but a whole-health approach must be followed in order for me to agree to it.
Somatic and energy work is a subtle form of body-work, aimed at being with, and moving energy through the body. This is a sure-fire way to overcome blocks and supports immensely with transformation over time (especially if you want it to stick).
I have professional training in somatic parts work, and reiki, and am currently undergo-ing a shamanic training program. I use the skills that have supported myself and clients transform over the years and they're completely safe
I am confident in coaching women who have experienced trauma, but I am not a trauma-trained therapist. I have clients with a wide range of mental health conditions - depression, PTSD, anxiety, eating disorders and body dysmorphia - and support them with nutrition, training, and lifestyle, appropriate to capacity.
As my coaching is holistic, I aim to support you in reducing symptoms over time and liberating you from chronic health conditions. So yes, you are absolutely welcome regardless of any medical condition, and I think you would be surprised how much you can achieve with the right support
