This is my go-to low carb, healthy pizza recipe. I have eaten it on weight loss diets, and just for fun, as I find eating too many carbs, and flour, to be too much for my digestion.
So this is my favourite alternative, you can eat a heap and you will feel great after!
Here is how you make it:
🍕 Blend 185gm egg white, 2.5 tbs corn starch and some dried herbs until fluffy (takes about 10 minutes!) 🍕 place on oven-proof tray on some baking paper and bake at 180 degrees for 10 mins 🍕 add toppings, bake for a further 15mins

Enjoy! The base is soft and quite tasteless, and can be picked up like a regular pizza. There is lots of protein and you can make any topping combo you like!
You can add meat for extra protein, I often add shredded chicken or even beef mince to mine.
