Poor posture is often overlooked when it comes to training, and even more-so when it comes to body transformation. And in case you haven’t noticed, that image above is you, giving up, because you don’t have this piece of information yet.
Women often start programs with body transformation goals in mind, and drop out due to a lack of results, but it is actually easy to ensure results, if you take care of their posture first.
But we don’t, as it’s not really talked about.
Most often we don’t know this, and we go really hard at the gym from day one. If you do manage to avoid injury, pain, or discomfort and stay on track with your activity (key word here being IF), then without a strong postural foundation you won’t perform as well or achieve as good results (especially if the results you’re seeking are gym-related and you’re wanting to build that beautiful strong female X-shape).
Fixing posture does not have to be boring. In fact, you can learn to train, and do fun exercises, build muscle and change your body for the better while you are fixing your posture.
It all comes down to technique.
Hiring a personal trainer or diving deep into the space of training technique can ensure you never fail to achieve results in the gym, and that the results you do achieve are long lasting.
