In the last few months of 2017 I trained this stunner, Julia, on behalf of Who Magazine. I had a similar feature back in 2014 with one of my clients Suzie, lost over 15kg for the challenge!
This is Julia’s feature – she lost an amazing 11kgs, with 12cm from her waist, and 11cm from her hips.
The biggest gains she noticed throughout was not craving junk food, feeling confident and like she could achieve anything, and not experiencing the 3pm slump in the afternoons each day. It’s not always about the weight you lose, but more about the healthy life you gain 💜 .
