Includes: Custom training program • step goals • nutrition guidance • weekly check‑ins • fortnightly 45‑min Zoom sessions • nervous system support • identity + pattern work (as needed - my favourite part!)

A single, high-potency strategy session for women looping in chronic symptoms, burnout, or disconnection - even after trying diets or generic mindset work. This is a clinical, deep-dive assessment to look at the intersection of your physiology, nervous system, and protective behaviours

  • One‑on‑one coaching with clear guidance and emotional support
