As women we become stuck focussing on our physical appearance, but what if I told you there is more to life than worrying about how you look? This week is about exploring what exists for you beyond the body, so you can start building body acceptance and expand into a greater future.


Nutritional Goals and Metabolism

One of the worst things about modern culture is the obsession with dieting, but the problem with this is it brings us further and further away from our goals in both body and mind. This week is a deep dive into nutritional goals, and we set the record straight on all of those over-hyped nutritional myths. Lastly we cover how to take care of the most important part of the body – the metabolism.


Nutrition and Flexible Dieting for Women

How should you eat? What should you eat? How much? This is what we cover here. By the end of this week you will have your own set of calorie and/or macronutrients targets suited to your goals and preferences. We also cover the ins and out’s of flexible dieting so you can eat what you want, but still stay on track with your goals.


Meal Planning and Preparation

This week we take all of that information you just learned in earlier modules and start applying it – i walk you through step-by-step how to build your own meal plan, based on your own goals and macronutrients targets. I also teach you how to prepare your food in advance, with the exact method I use!


Nutritional Troubleshooting

This week is about navigating events, and conquering your most common stumbling blocks when it comes to sticking to your nutritional goals.


The Feminine

How should you eat? What should you eat? How much? This is what we cover here. By the end of this week you will have your own set of calorie and/or macronutrients targets suited to your goals and preferences. We also cover the ins and out’s of flexible dieting so you can eat what you want, but still stay on track with your goals.


Female Strength and Movement 

Women strive to be fit, strong and healthy, but most often our structure gets in the way leading to injury, frustrations and missed opportunities. In this week’s lessons we dive deep into the female form, pulling out the essentials in our biology and physical makeup, assessing the posture so we can start turning these differences into strengths.


Female Training and Posture

Correcting posture is the first thing I do with all my female clients, and it is what leads them to lasting success in the fitness world. In this lesson I teach you step by step all the corrections you can make, including how to strengthen and release your postural muscles and build your own correctional routine.


Female Training and Technique

You don’t want to go to the gym without mastering the technique, and in this week’s videos I cover each of the body parts in detail, so you can enter the gym (solo if you wish) and train with confidence. The corrections are simple but often overlooked.


Building a Success Mindset 

The last piece of the transformation puzzle is to build a mindset so strong that nothing can get in your way! Learn how to set boundaries, acknowledge your wins and harness discipline in a way that keeps you on track for the long term.

This is a self-paced program with 12-months access, so you can work through the content (and revisit it!) at your own pace, on your own schedule

What gives me the authority to tell you this?

I have been on a transformational journey for my entire adult life. It all started with depression, social anxiety, PTSD, low self-esteem and ADD, which eventuated into a psychiatric diagnosis. I also had chronic allergies, on and off pain, gut issues, and fatigue.   

Despite how hard I tried to stay healthy with the extremes of bodybuilding, clean eating and powerlifting, I was pulled under into a world of sickness. 

Although I was disappointed that I wasn’t doing enough, it turned out to be my greatest teacher. My desire to be healthy and happy drove me deeper into a world of holistic health and healing.

By working though early-life trauma, reprogramming my subconscious, and learning how to regulate my nervous system I was able to train and support myself nutritionally without resistance. 

I wish nothing more than to share my experiences, and what has worked for both myself and my clients, so you can live your life to the fullest as well!

I truly believe that we should turn our pain into power, and this is exactly why I created this platform.

How many coaching calls will I get?

This is flexible based on need and budget, and can be negotiated in our consultation.

Can I just access the content without doing the one-on-one?

Yes! There is an option for this.

Will you be giving me a diet and training program?

The platform contains sample programs and meal plans, but you won’t be having one tailored to you personally unless you are doing the one-on-one program.

Do I have to apply?

Yes, as we want to ensure you’re going to achieve your goals in this program, and that it is the right fit for you!

What if I want to access only one part of the platform?

This is not an option at this time, however you can rest assured that if you feel you know a part of the content, you may not know it as deeply as I have shared, and you will gain so much value from the rest of the program that it likely won’t matter.

How long will I have access to the platform?

You will have access for 12 months, assuming all fees are paid.

What if I want to get coaching from you after I complete the self-guided program?
