Is this course only for training & nutrition goals?

No. This course can be used to reach any goal, as it focuses purely on mindset. The information in the program can be used for career goals, nutritional, weight loss, training, sports performance goals and many more!

Is there any specific nutritional info?

No, this is a mindset course, designed to assist you with the behind-the-scenes motivational stuff. For nutritional support, contact Jen directly. Click here for more information on her 1:1 services.

Is there a workout program included?

No. This course is purely around harnessing mindset. Training plans are currently a one-on-one service so if this is what you are seeking feel free to contact Jen directly.  Click here for more information on her 1:1 services. 

How much support will I actually get?

You will have access to Jen throughout the 4-week program via Facebook community, email, and 4 x live Q&A sessions. Even if you aren’t able to attend these sessions live, you can submit your questions beforehand.

Do you offer refunds?

How much time will I need to dedicate to the program?

You want to have 1-2 hours per week put aside in order to get through the course material thoroughly. Each video is between 6-20mins long, and most have a worksheet to complete in order to move on to the next module.
