WELCOME TO MODULE FIVE

What’s this module about?

This course is called ‘Mindset & Motivation’ right? But to get to the motivation part and get that really working in your life, the mindset element comes first. It’s about working out where you are right now, where you have been, and where you want to go, with your health, fitness, and lifestyle, on an individual level. 

If we go back to our map image and think of the quest ahead of us, I think it’s safe to say we’ll need a pair of pretty good trekking boots! 

And those boots? They’re the mindset element of this course. The strong foundation for us to stand on and cover tricky terrain and help us keep going even when our feet are sore. 

Remember, the goal here is to help you create long-lasting results. I want you to get your results and continue to evolve them for a lifetime, not just a season. And these boots are going to help you do that. 

Let’s go get you some boots.

We will also be breaking done some super interesting concepts that have made you the woman you are today – subconscious programming, your nervous system, and belief systems.

Now that we have begun confronting and clearing away out old patterns, and we have a clear vision of where we want to go, we now want to know why you want your dreams to come true! In this lesson we explore the difference between internal, and external motivation, and how to find that inner fire that will fuel you all the way to your end goal.
