What’s this module about?

Now that we’ve explored where we’ve been and where we’re wanting to go, it’s time to look at the key principles behind turning dreams into reality. So this module is dedicated entirely to three essential components of ideas and forward movement:

  • inspiration, 
  • motivation,
  • and discipline. 

Inspiration gets us thinking, it is like a spark, a pull, a dream. It comes from outside of us, bringing about excitement and joy at the thought of it becoming our reality. 

Motivation gets us moving, like a furnace that activates inside of us, propelling us forwards to actually bring the dream into reality.

Discipline keeps us moving, pushing forwards, no matter what’s happening around us. Discipline brings the dream to life through focus, resilience, and perseverance.

So much of what misleads us along a transformative journey comes down mismanagement of these three principles.

But they’re more than just principles to me, they’re energies. I think it’s helpful to think of mindset energetically as it’s a known fact that everything that passes through our minds is essentially just that – energy. Mastering energy is the best way to master yourself and create lasting change. 

Mastering these energies and understanding their differences is crucial for pursuing goals. Otherwise, you risk circling from dream to idea and back again, and we don’t want to do that anymore, right? So, over the next three lessons we will break them down so you can start owning them. 

Let’s get to it, shall we? 

Lesson 1: The Spark Key

The spark key is all about that all-illusive inspiration. That information that comes rushing down out of nowhere only to disappear the minute you get momentum. What is it? Where does it come from? In this lesson we explore the real definition of inspiration, and how you can harness it to become more wholesome and healthy, and start closing that gap between where you are now, and where you want to be!


Lesson 2: The Energy Key

Motivation motivation, where art thou when I need you the most? This lesson is all about how to harness motivation, which we do by taking action, and what to do when it slips away (without asking, of course).


Lesson 3: The Work Key

The work key explores that dreaded, but so-so-powerful discipline – which is the work that not only always needs to be done and needs to be done consistently, but that we tend to overlook and ignore. We dive a little deeper into neural pathways and behaviour, and how they can impact you.
