Ongoing reviews and check-ins provide essential information for progressive updates, until you reach your final destination – that is, your dream physique. Training programs can involve weight training in the gym, or training from home.
My coaching methods are science-based, supported by 18 years industry experience and 8 years of full-time experience in female competition preparation, and hundreds of body transformation and weight loss clients.

When I look back to who I was in the beginning, there have been drastic changes not only physically, but mentally as well. Physically I weigh less, but I have so much more muscle and I LOVE the way my body looks and how it feels. I am definitely more in tune with my body’s needs (and continue to understand this more and more every day). Mentally I’m a completely different person. Meal plans can be created for various goals including weight loss, body composition or sports performance. I can create meal plans to supplement your particular sport, or support training with other personal trainers.
I have learned the importance food, training, taking care of your body and how it all comes together. I have learned that this is crucial to give you that balance of a healthy, happy life we all desire, while achieving the body we aspire to have without feeling like you’re on a ‘diet’ and spending hours on a treadmill.
For those who do not require extensive health coaching or training programs, but wish to be accountable to a professional coach until a weight loss goal is reached.
There is a $239 ‘start-up’ fee, covering the initial consultation and meal plan, followed by a two week trial period to ensure we are a great fit!

Jen also taught me correct lifting technique and we focused on squats and deadlifts. After training with her I realised that I had been doing wrong for years.
