Below are just a few of the ladies I have coached over the years. Many were personal training clients, either face-to-face or online, with a handful being nutrition-only. All training programs are strength-based, with minimal cardio performed where possible. All transformations were achieved with holistic, health-focused, nutrition and training methods
Gabby is an incredible woman! She started off on meal plans and eventually moved to macros. She followed a resistance training program and achieved all this whilst recovering from a knee injury !
Corrine is a naturally petite girl, and on the left she had been going to the gym for only a few months. Whilst following meal plans and training programs she competed inJune and again in September all whilst transforming her body and gaining heaps of muscle
Toni came to me with the goal of competing. The focus throughout her prep was fat loss, optimising her metabolism, and improving the conditioning through her legs. She was consistent and switched between meal plans and macro tracking
This transformation was achieved by reverse dieting! We increased her calories over time and she followed a resistance training program. Annalise went on to compete in April and June, walking away with numerous top 3 placing in Bikini model
Emma is the same weight in both of these photos, yet she is eating about 300 calories more per day! Emma is still a client of mine now and over this time has placed in multiple bikini competitions, with many top 3 placings. She also placed 2nd in Powerlifting in 2016
This is Hannah’s transformation after a gradual increase in calories, and a structured training routine. In this time she didn’t do nay cardio. Hannah placed 3rd in fitness model in 2017 and is currently prepping former second season in September
This stunner has been a client of mine for a long time! She has built her physique from scratch with my help in nutrition and training, and a lot of dedication. She placed 1st in Bikini in 2015, 2017, and second at the Arnolds in 2018
Hayley began working with me way back in 2013. We have worked together throughout this time, she has competed in three competition seasons, winning overall Fitness model in ANB and ICN, as well as placing overseas! She is the same weight in both of these photos
Lauren is a little unique in the fact that when we met, she actually wanted to gain weight. She was a tiny 42kgs! She progressed in strength to a deadlift PB of 80kgs, and managed to increase her weight to 50kg. Lauren placed in the top 3 in both her Bikini competitions
Mary begun training with the goal of competing in her first Bikini competition. She trained weights 4 days per week, and followed set macros throughout
Sinda achieved this transformation whilst training legs only once or twice per week. Her training was focussed on building posterior chain strength; back, glutes, and legs. She is now prepping for her first Bikini competition
When Regi begun working towards a bikini competition, she was eating only 20-50gms carbs per day. We increased these over time to 120gms, then lowered back to 92gms, as she lifted weights 5 days per week
I met Lisa mid-way through 2015, she had a already competed but was unhappy with how her physique was progressing. We have worked on building her body with good nutrition and training over these two years and in that time she has competed twice, placing in the top 3 in both
Maddie was an ex-gymnast who had lost her connection with a healthy lifestyle. We increased her caloric intake over a period of months and worked on building up her strength again. Maddie competed in her first comp in 2016 and will be competing again in 2018. Cant wait!
This stunning mum-of-four was already quite conditioned when we met, yet stuck in a cycle of low calories and over training. Over this time we increased her food by about 350 calories per day, and cut her cardio back. She lost 6kgs in the process and won a few of her divisions
Eliza is a vegan and her goal was to compete in her first bikini comp. Most of this transformation was achieved with really high calories and a program focussed on strength. Minimal cardio was done to achieve this results
Kate is a wonderful mother of three. She wanted to do something for herself and as a gym junkie she wanted to compete for the first time. This difference was from the initial part of the process where her calories were being increased, and no cardio was being done
Tillie had a lot of muscle when she started her competition prep. Much of this was achieved following a moderate to high carb diet and limited cardio. She competed in her first fitness model comp in September
Canelle started working with me at just 17 years of age. She had accomplished and overcome so much adversity when we met and since then she hasn’t stopped progressing. Canelle placed 2rd in her first competition and is currently prepping for bikini September 2017.
Dannielle wanted my help with her nutrition for a 12 week challenge. Over the course of three months we increase her calories, improved her weight training program and technique, and this was the result. She came in the top 5 in ACT for the challenge
Sarah had already lost quite a bit of weight when we met, but wanted to take it that step further. During her journey we focussed on strength and nutrition, and by the time she stepped on the Fitness stage she was squatting and deadlifting over 100kgs
Steph already had a very athletic physique. My job was to get her stage-ready, which was accomplished over these months with good nutrition and weight training guidelines
When I met susie was new to weight training. I only coach her for nutrition and since we began working together she has competed in both Fitness and Figure, placing top 3 in both local and international competitions

Natalie’s transformation began with an increase in calories, and weight training. Most of this transformation occurred without cardio and before any calorie cuts, and since this time she has competed in two Bikini competition seasons, where she placed top 3 and top 5
Em was taking part in a 12 week challenge, and her goal was to change her lifestyle, and improve her health and body composition in a way that is maintainable. This was the results with 5 days of resistance training and a few HIIT sessions
Alex was a cross fitter, and her goal was to compete in Fitness without having to give up her beloved training routine. We managed to get her stage ready with a healthy, balanced nutrition plan and only three cardio sessions per week. She has since had a beautiful baby boy!
Tessa wanted help with for a 12 week challenge. Over this times we increased her calories improved her weight training program, and this was the result. She won the challenge and went on to place 2nd in her first Fitness model competition in September 2014
Jess wanted to change her physique with the hopes of competing in a Bikini competition. With nutrition and training programs she reached that goal, placing top three in all of her divisions across two federations. She is currently prepping for junior nationals in Powerlifting
Eleanor is insanely hard-working, and whilst working and studying full-time she managed to follow a meal plan, and lift weights 5 times per week. During this time we realigned her posture and her body confidence improved beyond measure
Ashley used to be a track athlete, but was looking for a new challenge. Over this time she followed meal plans and training programs, and competed in two seasons where she placed in the top 3 in both Canberra 2016, and Melbourne 2017
Tessa’s goal was to compete in a Bikini competition, and after following meal plans which were primarily geared toward improving her metabolism, she won the overall bikini title in ANB, and placing 2nd in ICN Canberra
Naomi is a hard-working mum of two boys. She is naturally quite lean but wanted to build strength and eventually compete in bodybuilding. She competed in April and September 2016, placing top 3 in both

This beautiful lady used to be a level 10 gymnast but just missed out on the olympic team with an injury. She set her sights on a Fitness Model competition, which she achieved in 2014. These results were achieved with weight training and a calorie increase
Lauren had different goals to most. She was very underweight and caught up eating very low calories. Over this time she focussed on strength training and we increased her calories increased from 1200-2000, and her weight from 42kg to 49kg
Chelsea is a beautiful personal trainer with a heart of gold. We focussed on nutrition and strength training over this time, and she competed in her first Bikini comp in 2014. We worked together until her goals changed course in 2016
Danyelle was a long-term client and friend. We worked through multiple comp seasons together. She placed first in every competition she entered in both 2013 and 2014, winning two overall Fitness model titles. She is currently competing and doing really well in a new federation, WBFF
Elarny was another client where we focussed most of her competition prep on increasing calories, and improving strength. She maintained her strength right up until her competition and since then has had two beautiful baby girls
Ambah had already competed when we met, but was looking to get better results from her training. She didn’t have much muscle naturally, so she had to work incredibly hard to build her physique! After three successful comp seasons she walked away with her first win in 2015

Alison wanted to compete in Bikini but was nervous as she is Type 1 diabetic. I definitely stayed on the side of caution with this one but she managed to successfully transform her physique and walk away with 1st place
