All of the services below are available to women of all backgrounds and experience levels

Online Body Transformation Coaching

You’ve always been beautiful, now you’re just deciding to be fitter, healthier, faster and stronger

Body transformation is not just about changing your body physically; it’s about becoming healthier, stronger, happier and more confident within yourself. This package includes everything you need to get there. It doesn’t matter what your starting point is, as I have worked with women of many backgrounds. Your programs will be mapped out specifically for you and adapted according to your individual progress

Goals that are included in this service include fat-loss, muscle building + strength, metabolism repair, body transformation, and body building competition preparation. Sometimes these goals overlap, but we can get specific in our inital consult

What’s included? In the first week we will have a one-on-one technique session. Following that, the service is flexible and ongoing, including training programs updated every 8-12 weeks, cardio workouts where required, meal plans and/or macro splits, 24/7 online support, weekly or fortnightly online check-ins, and access to my Facebook client group

Upfront cost is $300, with an ongoing weekly price of $60. Short term transformations (< 20 weeks) and competition prep is $80 weekly, all inclusive.

Face-to-Face Body Transformation Coaching

Body Transformation isn’t just about lifting weights, its about becoming stronger inside and out.

Body transformation is not just about changing your body physically; it’s about becoming healthier, stronger, happier and more confident within yourself. This package includes everything you need to get there, and includes 1 60-minute Personal Strength Training session per week In this session we will focus on your weaker muscle groups. Your starting background is not important, you just need to be committed to the process! Your programs will be mapped out specifically for you and adapted according to your individual progress

Women’s Training Technique Sessions

I’m not strong for a girl. I’m just strong

Most women in the gym make the same mistakes when it comes to training, and have similar physical imbalances. I am forever correcting them with every. single. woman I meet. Essentially, women aren’t naturally designed to weight train. This comment isnt meant to be offensive, it’s just the facts. Women’s physical frames tend to go out of balance structurally during puberty, and low self confidence (stooping) can often play a role. Crucial structural muscles weaken in this process, making them hard to ‘activate’ when you are learning to train. Once you correct these imbalances you will be able to make the most out of your health and fitness journey by buiding more muscle, burning more fat, and creating a physical platform that you can build on for years to come.

These sessions are a kick-starter, and include everything you need to know about correct technique for weight training.

What’s included? Take-home information including the most popular and effective upper body and/or lower body weights exercises, mobility, and a 60-minute session to go over these exercises and understand how they are meant to feel. Upper body and lower body sessions are performed as separate sessions.

Price for upper body session is $160, price for lower body session is $160. If you choose to do both upper and lower body, the total cost is $280. Each session runs for 60-75mins.

If you want to do this with a friend, it will only cost $50 for each additional person.
