I have put together an 8-week challenge, with the goal of helping more women reach their goals in a sustainable, healthy way. It can be completed with or without a gym membership, depending on your goals. It includes everything you need for a successful journey; weight training programs, nutrition plans, education, group support, and most importantly, you get my expert knowledge at a lower price than my one-on-one coaching programs

You will be receiving a meal plan as well as macro-guildines created by me. Although this is a group challenge, you will be treated as an individual. No one woman is the same in metabolism, body type, or background, and are treated as such
This challenge will kick off with a 2-hour seminar covering nutrition, macro-tracking, training, and FAQ’s. Following that you will be given the option of attending a bonus weight-training technique workshop to optimise your results in the gym
This is an educational guide to the ultimate women’s whole body transformation, including chapters on nutrition, mindset, training and body composition
You will be added into a private Facebook group with all of the other challenge participants, where you can share your progress with other group members and receive extra motivation when you need it
If your goal is body transformation, you have the option of checking in with me fortnightly. Your progress can be tracked using various tools including weight, measurements, photos, and scans
Training is designed specifically for the female form. As women we have varying body-shapes but tend to share similar physical weaknesses. Over 30 HIIT, weight training, and circuit-based workouts are included
Although this is an 8-week challenge, everything set out in the guidebook supports health-focussed, sustainable outcomes. Whole-food nutrition, balance and healthy mindset are encouraged throughout
You choose your transformation goals, whether it be body transformation, weight loss, increased health, confidence, motivation, or lifestyle change. Expect to feel healthier, stronger, and happier when you finish!
