Body transformation services involve an individually tailored training and nutrition regime, based on your goals. I always begin with a meal plan and training program (if you have chosen the training option), and the first step is to ensure the meal plan works for you, and I will teach you training technique. From there you follow it as closely as you can, checking in weekly via email. Changes are made where appropriate based on your progress, understanding, and adherence. How you feel is taken into consideration too, as I strive to make the process as enjoyable as possible! All options are flexible, where availability allows. 

ONLINE TRAINING + NUTRITION COACHING

INCLUSIONS:

  • Face-to-face technique session for each new program
  • Monthly 30-minute Skype or face-to–face review
  • Cardio & supplementation recommendations
  • Online weekly check-ins & 24/7 email support

PRICING: Local (can travel to Canberra)

  • $169/fortnight, or $339/month
  • There is a $429 start-up fee, to cover the initial consultation, meal plan, training program, technique session, and 14-day follow-up check in. Essentially, this is a two-week trial period to ensure we are a great fit!

  • Note, this option does not include resistance training programs or guidance, it is focused purely on fat-loss

ONLINE NUTRITION COACHING

  • Monthly 15-minute Skype or face-to–face review
  • Online weekly check-ins, and 24/7 email support

PRICING:

  • $119/fortnight, or $239/month.
  • There is a $279 start-up fee, to cover the initial consultation and meal plan, and a two-week trial period to ensure we are a great fit!
  • Note, this option is for clients who already have an established training regime that is working well for them, thus it does not include resistance training guidance. Goals can include muscle gain, sports performance, weight loss, etc. Where another coach is involved, communication between myself and that coach is required for optimal results

PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal training sessions are aimed towards teaching good technique, and building solid foundations for whatever your goal is. Women tend to have the same weaknesses when training, due to their physical structure, and once they are corrected you will find improvement in your health, body composition, and performance in any sporting goal.

PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS

INCLUSIONS:

  • 60-minute personal training session
  • All goals welcome, including strength development, physique development, sports-specific training, glute development, or technique support.

PRICING:

  • $120 per session
  • 3 pack = $339 (5% discount)
  • 5 pack = $599 (10% discount)
  • 10 pack = $1,019 (15% discount)

TRAINING PROGRAMS

INCLUSIONS:

  • 12 week training program tailored to your goals
  • Goals include; Strength, physique development, introductory training, sports-specific training, and glute-building programs. All levels are welcome
  • Cardio recommendations where needed

PRICING: Local (can travel to Canberra)

  • $319 – includes technique session

PRICING: Non-local (cannot travel to Canberra)

  • $239 – not including technique session

NUTRITIONAL

Nutritional coaching is all about educating you around the optimal way to eat for your body, and individual goals. If you are looking for just a step in the right direction without the ongoing coaching, this option will suit. The meal plan option is a set meal plan, with one, two or three days pre-written in exact amounts, so you dont have to worry about it. If you are looking for a more flexible option, then you may choose the flexible dietingoption, where I will put together a set of macronutrient targets (carbs, fat, protein, fibre, calories), and teach you how to put your own meal plans together.

FLEXIBLE DIETING CONSULTATION

INCLUSIONS:

  • Review of current and historical eating patterns
  • Your own set of specified macronutrient, and caloric recommendations tailored towards your specific goal.
  • 60-minute consultation, via Skype or in person, where I will teach you how to track macros
  • The flexible dieting guidebook
  • Supplement recommendations
  • 14-day online check in, to reassess macro targets and ensure they’re a great fit for you.
